Admissions

How to enroll

Four steps: an inquiry, a visit, the forms, then a payment. You can join at any time of year.

  1. Inquiry

Send the form on the contact page, or call. Tell us your child's age and we reply with programs, dates and fees.

  2. Meet and tour

Visit, meet the teachers and see a class. Not in Hội An yet? We do it by video call. We also meet your child to see where their English is.

  3. Trial days and forms

Your child can try up to three days first. Then you fill in the enrollment form: medical details, allergies, and who can collect your child.

  4. Payment and welcome

Pay the first tuition and, for a new student, the one-time admission fee of 10,000,000 VND. The Global Program has no admission fee. You get a welcome email and a Google Classroom invite, and we add a name to a class list.

Before you ask

What documents do you need?

The completed enrollment form, passport copies for your child and for the parents, and your child's most recent school report. If your child has a diagnosis or a learning support plan, please bring a copy so we can plan for it.

Will my child do an assessment?

Not a test. Our academic team meets your child, usually during your visit, to see where their English and schoolwork are. With young children it is games and stories. Then we recommend a class.

How much English does my child need?

Your child does not need fluent English. In Early Years and Primary, children with little English usually settle in quickly. In Secondary, a basic level makes the Cambridge classes much easier to follow. For the Global Program's academic and full-day pathways we decide case by case.

Can we do a trial day?

Yes, up to three. A trial day costs 1,600,000 VND, meals included, and if your child enrolls we take it off the tuition.

Are there deadlines, or can we join any time?

You can join any time of year. If your child starts after the year has begun, tuition runs from their first day. Staying for a few weeks or months instead? That is the Global Program.

Step one is a hello.
